Real Estate Market Report, September 2018.

In the last month, September, two units were successfully sold at the 360 condominium. Corner unit #1025 in building A, an REO (bank owned) that sold after only 45 days on the market for $470,000 through conventional financing. We also have unit #603 in building B which lasted 407 days in the market before closing for $300,000.

A total of three units were listed for sale last month at the 360 condominium. All these units are located in building A. We have corner unit #626 listed for $476,000. The unit of the month is #1423, offering unobstructed views of the east of Miami Beach, is offered for $359k.

I total of three units rented in September at the 360. Two of them are located in building A, and the other one in building C. These units lasted an average of 75 days on the market, and they'd rented really close to the asking price.
