Real Estate Market Report, November 2018.

Unfortunately, no unit got sold last month at the 360 condominium. 

Eight units hit the market for sale last month. These new listings were offered for an average list price per square foot of $300. We have a few corner units on building A and B. Now our active inventory of units for sale within the three buildings is of 42 units. 

In the last month, homeowners were highly motivated as they do not only list their units for sale but also rent, and a total of 11 units were offered for rent. Most of these units are on building A, and two of them are a one bedroom. One bedroom units are not common in the building, so they usually don’t last long when hit the market.
