NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of 6 units hit the market for sale last March at the 360 Condominium. Three of them are located in building A, and the other three in building B. UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold last month. Unit #1522, after only 80 days in the market, sold cash for $470,000, very close to the asking price. This unit has one of the biggest floor plans in the building; with two master bedrooms and two master bathrooms plus a half bathroom, it has over 1,800 SqFt of living area. It is now being offered for rent.

UNITS RENTED
 

Four units successfully found new tenants last month at the 360 Condominium. These were rented for an average price of $2,650 a month after spending an average of 90 days on the market. A three bedroom condo rented in Building C for $3,150 a month and another 3 bedrooms rented in building A for $2,800, being offered fully furnished. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 26 in total.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 10 units were listed for rent last month. These units listed at an average list price of $2,918. Out of these new listings, we particularly notice that three of them are 3 bedroom condos. Two of them are located in Building C; unit #203 listed at $5,000, way above the average, and #209 is one of the best deals available in the building.
