UNITS SOLD
 

Three units were sold this last month of February at the 360 Condominium. These units were sold through financing with conventional loans. The average closed price for last month was of $607 per square foot and they lasted an average of 76 days in the market before selling.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units were offered for sale this last month. Three of these units are located in building B and they all have an average asking price of $366,600. These new listings include two corner units: #410 in building B and #1225 in Building A. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 32.

UNITS RENTED
 

Incredible month of February for the condominium 360 with a total of seven units rented successfully. These two-bedroom and two-bathroom units were rented for an average monthly price of $2,400. We must emphasize that these units took between 3 months and a little more than a year to rent, except for #PH23 which was rented after only 11 days of being in the market. The price and marketing are essential when it comes to how much and how long you want your unit to be rented.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 5 units were offered for rent last month. Two of these new listings are one bedroom condos, both condos being offered at $1,850. One bedroom units are rarely available in the building. We must highlight that unit #1211 offers one of the most desirable views in the building and is already under contract.
