NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Four units were listed for sale last month in the building. The average asking price per SqFt stood at $663. Corner unit #2501 with 3B & 2.5B was offered for $1,600,000 and the lowest priced southwest corner #1007 was offered at $719,000.

UNITS SOLD
 

A total of two units were successfully sold last month at Akoya condominium. Corner unit, #3603 with three bedrooms, was sold at $1,466,000 through a financed transaction with a conventional loan and after only 41 days in the market. Unit #2305 with a small bedroom was sold for $395,000 as a cash transaction. Now, there are 32 units active for sale in the building.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Compared to the previous month whereby 14 units were offered for rent, only 2 units were offered for rent this month and both were furnished. The median asking price stood at $3,100. Unit #4509 with one bedroom plus a den on the 45th floor was offered for $3,600.

UNITS RENTED
 

Eight units were successfully rented this past month in the building. The average price of the units per month was $3,563. Note should be taken that those units that stayed longer in the market were rented at prices far less than their original prices. All the units rented were fully furnished and most of them were only seasonal.
