Real Estate Market Report, November 2018.

Two units were listed for sale at Maison Grande this past month of November. They listed at a median price of $290 per square foot. Both of them are facing west while #529 is offered fully remodeled.

One unit was sold last month. Unit #1021 lasted only 48 days on the market and was sold close to the asking price. It closed as a cash transaction for $295,000. The active inventory is now at 19 units in total for sale.

Two units were offered for rent last month. These units have an average asking price of $2,150 a month. Both of these units are facing east, and #1720 is offered fully upgraded and furnished.

Also, two is the number of units rented in November. These two units were rented for an average monthly price of $1,900. They lasted a median of 58 days on the market before finding new tenants. The active inventory is now at 10.
