One home was successfully sold this past month of March in North Bay Village. After being in the market for 202 days and with an original asking price of $625,000, 7536 Adventure Ave located on Treasure Island was successfully closed as a cash transaction for $550,000. This home is now being offered for rent for $3,900 per month.

NEW HOMES FOR SALE
 

Two homes were listed for sale in Treasure Island last month, one non-waterfront home and  one waterfront home. Non waterfront home 7524 Buccaneer Ave offers 2,336 SqFt of living area and is being offered for an asking price of $699,000. Waterfront home 1520 S.
