Two units were offered for sale last month at Maison Grande Condominium. These units average a list price of $346 per square foot. #426, offered for $639,000, is a corner unit with unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean, featuring 1,605 sq ft of living area.

Only one unit was sold last March at Maison Grande. #PH16 sold after almost one year for $385,000 as a cash transaction. This unit has been remodeled, and is located on the east side of the building, facing south. Our current active inventory of units for sale in the building is at 21 in total.

Four units hit the rental market of Maison Grande this past month. Most of these units are 2B/2B with an average list price of $2,188. All these units are offered fully furnished. Unit #1505 is fully remodeled and tastefully furnished—a good reason why it is already under contract, as with #604, which is also already rented.

None of the active units was rented last March. This leaves the active inventory at 14 units in total.
