NEW UNITS FOR SALE

No unit was offered for sale last month. The number of active units for sale as we start July is 35 units only.

UNITS SOLD

The month of June was a superb month for the Diamonds condominium with a total of three units sold. Two of these units are located at the Green Diamond, and all of them were sold for an average asking price per square foot of $705. All these condos were also sold as cash transactions. Unit #2407 is completely remodeled. The average days on the market for these units was 206 days.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Two units were offered for rent last month at The Diamonds. Unit #3606 at The Blue Diamond, and unit #3203, a fully remodeled corner unit, at The Green Diamond. Both of these units are being offered fully furnished and have a median price of $6,225.

UNITS RENTED

No unit was rented last month. The active inventory of units for rent within the two buildings is now 21.
