An amazing month of July for the real estate industry on the island. As mentioned in previous reports, we have seen an increase in traffic of prospective buyers on the island, making it the perfect time to list your property for sale if you have been thinking about it. As a result, last month, three homes were sold. Two of them are non-waterfront and they sold for an average price per square foot of $348 after only 78 days. Also, 1570 S Treasure Dr, a waterfront home was sold for $2,375,000 as a cash deal.

Two homes were offered for sale last month on the islands. One of them on Treasure Island and a new construction on North Bay Island listed for just under $790 per square foot. The active inventory of homes for sale on the islands is now at 14.
