Two units were successfully sold last month in the condominium. As mentioned in previous reports, we have seen an increase in traffic of prospective buyers, making it the perfect time to list your unit for sale if you have been thinking about it. The two units that were sold last month are located on the Blue Diamond and they sold for a median price per square foot of $474, after spending an average of 300 days on the market.

Four units hit the for-sale market in July at The Diamonds Condominium; two of them located in each building. The average asking price of these new listings is $863. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 32.

Amazing month for the rentals in the building. A total of five units were successfully rented. These units rented for an average monthly price of $3,800, with the exception of #807, these units all rented unfurnished. The average number of days in the market is about 93 days.

Four units were offered for rent last month; two in each building. The average asking price of these condos is $5,000 and they are all offered furnished. The active inventory of units for rent between the two buildings is now at 19.
