Amazing month of August for the building with a total of five units sold. Unit #3308 at the Green Diamond and the other four at the Blue Diamond. The average selling price per square foot for these units was $699. Only two of these units sold cash, with the exception of PH4101, they were all sold for $1,000,000 and under. The active inventory between the two buildings is now 29.

Two units were offered for sale last month at the Green Diamond. One unit is located on line 03 and the listing of the month is unit #2104. This unit is facing south and it features 2B & 2B plus a den with 1,550 SqFt of living area offered for $1,149,500. This is the only unit with a den in line 04 at the Green Diamond listed for sale.

Only one condo was rented last month; Unit #2106 at the Green Diamond was rented fully furnished, for $3,000 after 98 days of being in the market. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 20.

A lot of motivation was shown by landlords last month with a total of seven units offered for rent. We must mention that four of these new listings are already under contract. Only two units are offered unfurnished, and the average asking price per month is $5,600.
