Two units were successfully sold last month at the Akoya condominium. Corner unit #2107 was sold for $880,000 and unit #2810, a small one-bedroom sold for $362,000. Both of these condos were sold as a financed transaction after an average of 270 days on the market.       

Two units were also offered for sale last month. We have a corner unit on line 08 on a median floor and a small one-bedroom on a higher floor. The median asking price of these units per square foot is $700. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 27 in total.               

August was a great month for the building, with two units successfully sold and six units rented. These units were rented for an average price of $3,800. Most of these condos are two bedrooms, and they all rented furnished. The active inventory in the building is now at 38.     

A total of eight units were offered for rent last month in the building. All these condos are offered fully furnished for an average asking price per month of $3,500. The listing of the month is #4107, a southeast corner unit offering 180º of unobstructed & breathtaking ocean and city views.
