The Diamonds Condominium was able to do great last month, even though we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Even with all of these circumstances, one unit was sold. Unit #3202 at the Green Diamond was sold for $1,275,000 after spending only four days. This condo was sold as a financed transaction.

Two units were offered for sale last month. Both of these units are offered under $1,150,000. One of these units is located on line 07 in the Blue Diamonds and the other one is in-line 04 in the Green Diamond. Both of these units are located on the 20th floor. The total active inventory of units for sale between the two buildings is 39.

One unit was rented last month at the Blue Diamond. Corner unit #3908 was rented for full asking price after spending only 29 days in the market. This unit was rented partially furnished for an annual lease.

Four units were offered for rent last month in the building. Two of them located on the Green Diamond. All these new listings have an average asking price of $4,100. The active inventory of units for rent between the two buildings is 18.
