NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Six units hit the for sale market last month. Three of them located at the Green Diamond and three located at the Blue Diamond. All these new listings have an average asking price per square foot of $943. We must mention that units #3507 and #3705 are already under contract.  The deal of the month is unit #3706 with an asking price of $879K. The active inventory of units for sale in the buildings is now 32 in total.

UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold last month at The Green Diamond Condominium. Unit #3002 was sold for $931 per square foot. This unit was originally listed at $1,950,000 and lasted more than two years on the market before finally selling as a financed transaction with a conventional loan. This condo is fully remodeled and offers unobstructed direct views to the Atlantic Ocean.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units were offered for rent last month. Unit #3207 located at the Green Diamond was offered unfurnished and unit #3102 offered tastefully furnished located at The Blue Diamond. These new listings were offered for an average asking price of $4,610 per month.

No unit was rented last month. The total inventory is now up to 20 units active for rent.
