NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of five units were offered for sale last month. These new listings have an average asking price per square foot of $356. We have #Ph19 offered at $823,000 featuring 2,025 Sq Ft of living area and fully upgraded. Another listing to mention is unit #1018 on the east side of the building featuring unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean. The deal of the month is #1034 listed at $267 per Square foot.

 
UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold last month at Maison Grande. Corner unit #1201 located on the northeast corner of the building and offering 1,271 SqFt of living area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, was sold as a financed transaction with a conventional loan for $410,000.

 
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Six units were offered for rent last month. Three of them were offered fully furnished and they are all either partially or fully remodeled. The average asking price is $2,308. This increases our active inventory to 15.  

 
UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were successfully rented last month in the building. Unit #1426, located on the corner south-east side of the building offering three full bedrooms and unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean, spent only 48 days on the market before renting very close to the original asking price. All these units were offered unfurnished.
