NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

No unit was listed for sale this past month. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 15.

 
UNITS SOLD
 

Two units located on line 04 were sold at The Bridgewater this past September. These units are sold for a median price of $230,000. One sold as a cash transaction and the other one was financed with a conventional loan. These units lasted an average of 170 days on the market before going under contract and selling for a lot more less than the original asking prices.

 
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Two units were offered for rent last month. These condos are both located on line 06. Unit #906 and unit #406 facing southeast and offered unfurnished are both listed for an average asking price of $2,275.

 
UNITS RENTED
 

No unit was rented last month. The inventory of active units for rent is now at 10.
