Real Estate Market Report, September 2018.

In September, two units were successfully sold at Maison Grande condominium. Unit #409, a one bedroom 1 1/5 bath condo facing north, sold after 163 days of being on the market for $310,000. Penthouse 06 also sold last month as a cash transaction for $352,500 after lasting only 76 days on the market.

A total of five units were listed for sale last month. All these units have an average asking price of $452,560. A unit to highlight last month is #1218. This two bedroom condominium offers unobstructed east views of the Atlantic Ocean from its oversized balcony. This immaculate condo has been fully upgraded and features the biggest floor plan in the building.

Only one unit rented last month. #1136 rented for $2,350 a month after spending almost a year on the market. This unit has been completely updated and was offered fully furnished.

Four condos were offered for rent last month. These units have an average asking price of $2,075. Two of them are offered unfurnished, and they are all partially or fully remodeled.
