Two units were offered for sale at the Diamonds Condominium last month. Unit #2006, offered at $890,000, facing west featuring 1,100 SqFt of living area, and unit #2504, listed at $1,349,00, featuring 1,550 SqFt of living area and 2 bedrooms plus a den with unobstructed south views. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 36.

Two units were successfully sold last month at The Diamond Condominium. Unit #3507 in the Green Diamond, was sold for $1,412,500, after only two days on the market. This condo was fully remodeled featuring 1,358 SqFt of living area. Unit #3408 sold, after 236 days on the market for $920,000 making it a great deal. Even though this condo was not remodeled, it offers unobstructed north views. Both of these condos sold as cash transactions.

Unfortunately, no units were rented last month. Now the active inventory of units for rent is 16.
