A total of six units hit the for-sale open market at Grandview Palace this past month. These units are listed for an average asking price of $269,513. Unit #1016, with unobstructed views to the north of Biscayne Bay and fully upgraded, is already under contract. A unit to highlight is unit #716, offered at $285,000, also facing north and tastefully remodeled. Last but not least, we have unit #1704, a one-bedroom condo facing west. One-bedroom units are very rare to find available in the building.

Unfortunately no unit was sold last month. The active inventory of units for sale as we approach the end of the year is 41 units.

Six units were rented last month in the building. These units rented for an average monthly price of $2,075 after approximately 55 days on the market. All these units were rented unfurnished.
