Six units hit the for sale market at the 360 condominium last month. We have unit #208 in building B listed at $539,000 and unit #708 which was listed at $292,500 and is already under contract. These units are being offered for an average asking price per square foot of $313.

Unfortunately, nothing was sold last October. Our active inventory of units for sale within the three buildings is 26.

Five units hit the for rent market at the 360 condominium this past month of October. All of these units are being offered for an average monthly price of $2,860. We have two corner units and one three-bedroom unit in building C.

Six units were successfully rented last month. Two of these units are located in building A, and four of them in building B. We must highlight that three of these units are one-bedroom condos. Those units are rare to become available in the market. All these units rented for an average price of $2,087 and lasted approximately 99 days on the market before finding new tenants.
