A total of five units were listed for sale last month at the Bridgewater condominium. These new listings have an average asking price of $337,380. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 21.

In the last month, no unit got sold in the condominium. No unit has been sold in the last three months and only six this year.

Unit #1105 was rented last month. This corner unit is fully remodeled and features a wraparound balcony that offers unobstructed views to the south and west of the island. It rented for the full asking price after being only 13 days on the market.

Three units were offered for rent in October at the Bridgewater. Two of these units are located on the corner line 05, and #902 is also offered for sale. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,700.
