Only one unit was sold at The Bridgewater condominium. Unit #1903 was sold for $265,000 as a cash deal, after 918 days (almost two years) in the market. 

Out of the units listed last month, only one was rented. Unit #406 which happens to be the lowest floor, facing southwest and offered unfurnished, rented after 151 days in the market. The total number of active inventory for December stands at 9.
