NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units were offered for sale at the 360º condominium last month for an average selling price of $303 per SqFt. We have two units in building A; unit #1116 which offers unobstructed northwest views offered at $369,000 and unit #626, which is a tastefully remodeled corner unit with a living area of 1,552 SqFt. There are also two units with one bedroom only which are rare to find available in the market. 

 
UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were sold at the 360º Condominium last month of November. One in Building-A and another in Building-B. After only six days of being in the market, unit #708 in Building-A was sold for $285,000. In Building-B unit #1203 was sold through financing with a conventional loan of $345,000. Unfortunately, no sales were made in Building-C last month. 

 
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Six units were offered for rent at the 360º condominium last month. Unit #926 which was offered partially furnished is already rented and unit #801 is already under contract. The average price of these units stands at $2,660. Remember, lines 01 and 02 in Building-A are the most desirable lines.

 
UNITS RENTED
 

Eight units were rented at the 360 condominium last month. Unit #209 in building C was rented at a full asking price. Within 22 days, the same listing agent rented unit #503 in Building-B at a full asking price too. Units #815 and #702 in Building-A are fully furnished and were rented out for a short term contract. The average price for these units was $2,669 and the average number of days in the market was  94.
