November was a slow month for the sales at Grandview Palace as no unit got sold.

Four units hit the market for sale last month. These new listings have an average asking price of $297,250. A unit to highlight this past month is #416. This unit has been recently remodeled and tastefully furnished and offered for sale. With an asking price of $259,000, this condo will not last on the market. 

It was an amazing month of November for the rental market at our building. A total of eight units were rented. These units rented for an average of $1,856 per month after spending approximately 55 days on the market. We must mention that half of these units got rented by the same listing agent.

Seven is the number of units that became available for rent last month. With an average asking price of $2,000, we must mention that some of these units are already rented or under contract.
