Four new properties were offered for sale last November on the Island. Two of these homes are waterfront. They are all located on Treasure Island. The average list price per square foot of the waterfront homes is of $727 while the non-waterfront has an average of $287.

One home was sold last month in North Bay Village. 7537 W Treasure Dr sold after 271 days of being on the market for $475,000. That is $74,000 less than the original asking price. This home which is located on Treasure Island sold as a cash transaction. The active inventory of homes for sale on the Island is now at 16.
