Two units were listed for sale last month at The Collins Condominium. These new listings are offered for a median price per square foot of $496. Both are located on the 4th-floor; one is a two-bedroom and the other is a one-bedroom. The active inventory of units for sale is now 19.

One unit was successfully rented last month. Unit #1204 rented after only 26 days on the market for $1,925. This unit was offered unfurnished. The active inventory is now 23.

Four units were offered for rent last month. All these units are offered fully furnished and only one has two bedrooms. The average asking price is $2,500. Two of them are located on the 15th floor, while the other two are on the 5th floor. We must mention that one of them is already rented.
