Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at The Diamonds Condominium. However, we must mention that as the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

Five units hit the open market for sale at The Diamonds last month. Two of them are located on The Blue Diamond. The average asking price per square foot of these new listings is $856. The active inventory of units for sale between the two buildings is now up to 39.

Only one unit was rented last month. #PH4103 rented after only 61 days on the market for $6,000 per month. This corner unit was tastefully furnished with a 10” ceiling and a wrap-around balcony.

A lot of motivation was shown by landlords last month. A total of 8 units were offered for rent; four in each building. Most of them are offered furnished and the average asking price is $4,000. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now up to 23.
