UNITS SOLD

Only one unit was sold last month. Unit #1109, offered fully remodeled with two parking spaces and unobstructed views to the Miami Beach skyline. This condo sold after 75 days on the market for $270,000 as a financed transaction. We must mention that as the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Three units were listed for sale last month. These units are listed for an average price of $308,000. One of the units listed is located on line 19, one of the most desirable lines of the building, and its listed above $350,000. The unit of the month is #823. This condo is offered fully remodeled and is listed at $269,000. The active inventory of units for sale at the start of June is 28 in total.

 
UNITS RENTED

Three units were also rented this previous month. These units were rented for an average price of $1,600 per month. Only unit #2012, facing north and remodeled, was rented for $2,000 and they all lasted an average of 60 days on the market.

Three units were offered for rent last month. These units are offered for an average asking price of $1,900 and two of them are offered unfurnished. The unit of the month is #2104, located on a high floor, with a fully updated kitchen with an Island and unobstructed west views. This condo is offered at $2,000.
