UNITS SOLD

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month in the building. As the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon, in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Three units hit the market for sale last month. Each of them in each of the buildings. In building B, a corner unit was listed and the one in building C is listed under $500,000. The unit of the month is #814 in building A. This unit is located in one of the most desirable lines of the building, with unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay and it hit the market at $379,000. The active inventory for the month of June is now at 29.

 
UNITS RENTED

May was an amazing month for the rental activity in the building. A total of five units rented for an average price of $2,300 per month. All these units were rented unfurnished. A unit to mentioned is #1109, which lasted the least amount of days on the market. This fully remodeled condo in building B rented for $2,500 per month.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Seven units were offered for rent at the 360 Condominium this last month. Most of these units are located on building A and only two of these units are offered fully furnished. The average asking price is $2,500 and we must mention that two of them are already rented. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now 20.
