NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units were listed For Sale last month at Grandview Palace. All these units have an average asking price of $279,598. We would like to highlight unit #1619, a fully remodeled unit in one of the best lines in the building offering unobstructed breathtaking views of the East of Miami Beach, is now being offered for $339,000. We would also like to mention that #Ph217, which was listed for $275,000 and offers unobstructed panoramic views of the North of Miami Beach, is already sold.

A lot of motivation was shown last month from homeowners in the building with 8 new units offered for rent. All of these new listings have an average asking price of $2,056 per month. Unit #903, a one bedroom and one bath was offered at $1,450 and lasted for one week only on the market before finding new tenants.
