NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units hit the for sale market last month. These units have an average asking price of $522 per square foot. Unit #1209, a one bedroom plus a den and one and a half bathroom that offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, and corner unit #514 offering 1,018 square foot of living area.

UNITS SOLD
 

One unit was successfully sold last month at The Collins Condominium. Condo #403 was sold very close to the original asking price after being on the market for 154 days. This was closed as a cash deal for $640,950.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Two units were also offered for rent in the building last month. Unit #524 which is fully remodeled and unit #1209, which is also being offered for sale. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 18 in total.

UNITS RENTED
 

Two units were successfully rented this past month of May. Unit #420, rented unfurnished after 51 days on the market, while corner unit #915 lasted only 16 days on the market before renting fully furnished and for the full asking price.
