Only one home was sold in North Bay Village this past month. 7513 Adventure Av, located on Treasure Island sold for $610,000 after 286 days on the market. This 4 bed, 3 bathroom home closed as a cash transaction. The active inventory of homes for sale in the island is now at 20 in total.

Two homes were listed for sale this past May in North Bay Island. 7711 Beachview Dr, a two story waterfront home with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms is offered for $2,4M. Also, 7700 Coquina D without direct access to the water or pool, is being offered for $690,000.
