Last month, three homes were offered for sale on the Island. Two of these homes are waterfront and listed for a median price per square foot of $769. One of them is located on Treasure Island and the other one in North Bay Island. The other non-waterfront home was listed just under $800,000 and located on North Bay Island with a pool.
