A total of two units were sold in the month of March at the Green Diamond condominium. Both of these units are located on line 06 and they were sold for a median price of $840,000 after spending an average of 117 days on the market. Unit #3706 was sold cash while unit #4206 was financed.

At the Blue and Green Diamond condominium, three units were offered for sale last month. One of them is located on the Green Diamond, a southeast corner unit which is located on a lower floor and offered below $1.8M. The other two units are located on the Blue Diamond and one of them is a unique penthouse listed below $12.8M. The active inventory between the two buildings is now at 38 active units for sale.

Unfortunately, no unit was rented las month in any of the two buildings. 

Six units were successfully offered for rent last month. Four units are located on the Blue Diamond and only two in the Green Diamond. The average asking price of these new listings per month is $4,700 and most of them are offered unfurnished. The active inventory of units for rent within the two buildings is 13.
