Only one unit was sold last month at the Maison Grande Condominium. Unit #1526 was sold for $640,000 after spending 305 days in the market. This southeast corner unit was sold as a cash transaction at $399 per square foot and was fully remodeled.

Two units were offered for sale last month in the building. The two units were offered for a median price per square foot of $313. One of these units is an oversized penthouse facing east and the other one faces east. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 25.

Unfortunately, no unit was rented last month. 

During the month of March, four units hit the market for rent. These new listings are offered for an average asking price of $2,100 and they are all offered fully furnished. There are two one-bedrooms and the other two are a two-bedroom condo. The unit of the month is #1112 on the east side of the building with partial views to the ocean. This is a beautifully remodeled one-bedroom plus a den and two bathroom condos listed at $1,900. The active inventory of units for rent is at 14 now.
