One condo was successfully sold last month at the Bridgewater. Unit #701 located on one of the most desirables lines closed for $321,800 after spending almost 4 years in the market. This condo was sold cash with two assigned parking spaces.

Last month, two units hit the market for sale at the Bridgewater Condominium. One of these units faces south-west and the other faces west. The average asking price per square foot is $232. As we commenced April the active inventory of units for sale in the building 10 in total. 

The month of March was an amazing month for the rental activity at the Bridgewater. A total of five units were rented. These units were rented for an average monthly price of $2,300 and lasted an average of 71 days on the market. They all rented unfurnished. The active inventory of units for rent is now at only 9 active units.

In the building, five units hit the market for rent last month. The average asking price for this condos is $2,550 per month. Two of these units are located on line 01 and only one is being offered unfurnished.
