UNITS SOLD

During the month of March, two units were sold at the Grandview Palace condominium. We must highlight that both of these units were listed by the same listing agent. Unit #2119 located on one of the best lines in the building was sold for $315,000 while unit #712 located on a lower floor facing north was sold for $259,000. Both of these condos were sold through financing with conventional loans. Choosing the right listing agent will determine for how long and how much will your unit be sold for. A total of seven units were offered for sale during the month of March. These units were listed at an average price of $295,000. The listing of the month is unit #1209. This unit is listed at $285,000 and is offered with two parking spaces. This condo faces east and is fully remodeled. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 36.

 
UNITS RENTED

Amazing month of March for the rental activity at Grandview Palace when six units were rented. Unit #804 is the only one-bedroom and rented for $1,450. The other two-bedroom units rented for an average price of $1,900. These condos lasted in the market for an average of 68 days and they were all unfurnished.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Only two units were offered for rent last month. Both of these units are offered at $1,900 per month. The unit of the month is #2115. This condo is being offered fully furnished with unobstructed north views with two assigned parking spaces. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 12.
