Two units were offered for sale last month at Maison Grande condominium. These units were listed for an average asking price per square foot of $409. Unit #1201 is offered fully remodeled, and unit #1225 offers unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean.

Three units were successfully sold last March at Maison Grande. These fully updated units sold for an average asking price per SqFt of $312. Two of them closed as cash transactions and  they lasted an average of 326 days in the market. Unit #1504 lasted the longest with a total of 704 days before finally selling for $360,000.

Two units hit the For Rent market last month at Maison Grande. These units are both listed at $2,500 per month. They are both fully remodeled, unit #1737 faces west and unit #604 is offered fully furnished. 

Two units were rented last month at Maison Grande condominium. These fully remodeled units lasted an average of 145 days in the market before renting for a median monthly rent price of $2,050. Unit #910 offers direct ocean views while unit #503 offers partial views to the Atlantic Ocean.
