UNITS SOLD

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month. The active inventory of units for sale went up to 30.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

A total of four units were offered for sale last month at the 360 Condominium. Two of these units are located on Building A and the other two in Building B. The average asking price per square foot of these condos is $273. The unit of the month is 7910 Harbor Island Dr. Apt #407. This 2B/2B is listed at $299K and we must mention is already under contract.

 
UNITS RENTED

As mentioned before, because of COVID-19, a lot of tenants have been relocating. This situation applies to both sides and for that reason, 6 units have successfully been rented last month. 360 condominium is one of the most desirable condominiums on the Island. These condos were rented for an average price of $2,750 per month and lasting an average of 71 days on the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

As we are going through this pandemic, a lot of tenants have lost their employment and have seen the necessity to downgrade their units and/or rearrange their living arrangements. For this reason, a lot of units have become available for rent. This past month a total of 11 units became available for rent in the building. Most of these units are located on Building A but we also have #310 in building C. Units in building “C” are rare to become available and this one is listed at $3,250. Another unit to highlight this last month in #1510, this lower penthouse facing southeast is offered at $2,300.
