NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Four units hit the For Sale market this past month. We have three corner units and two small one- bedroom. Unit #1010, which faces south, is being offered at $429,000. With these new listing, the active inventory is 31 units in total.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were sold last month at Akoya Condominium. Unit #3704 was sold for $735K after spending 139 days in the market and unit #1610 for $390K after 204 days. Both of these units closed as cash transactions. We must mention that these units were in the market before, with higher asking prices and different listing agents.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 9 units hit the For Rent market last month. Most of these condos are one-bedroom, and they all have an average asking price of $3,261. Most of these units are offered furnished. The active inventory is now up to 50 active units for rent.

UNITS RENTED
 

Five units were successfully rented last month at Akoya condominium. All these units were offered fully furnished and rented for an average price of $2,710. The average days on the market was of 31, and they all rented very close to the asking price.
