NEW UNITS FOR SALE

At the Collins condominium, only one unit was offered for sale this June. Unit #1507 with one bedroom and 952 SqFt is being offered at $445,000. This condo faces south with partial views to the Atlantic Ocean.

UNITS SOLD

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month. We started July with a total of 17 active units for sale.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Two units were offered for rent last month. These one-bedroom condos are being offered for a median price of $2,100. Unit #1612 is already under contract and is offered unfurnished, while unit #1507 is being offered furnished. The active inventory is now at 16.

UNITS RENTED

Only one unit rented last month at The Collins. Unit #1611 rented after 121 days of being in the market and for $2,000. This condo offers unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean, and it was offered unfurnished for long term.
