Only one unit was listed for sale this past month at The Bridgewater Condominium. Corner Unit #1407 is being offered at $319,900 with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and 1,262 SqFt of living area. This condo offers unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay and the skyline of Miami Beach.
