NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of 6 units were listed for sale last month at the 360 Condominium. These new listings are being offered for an average asking price per square foot of $289. We have two corner units in building B, units #605 and #606, both with 1,552 SqFt of living area. In building A, we have two great deals: #1209 at $334,900 and #603 at $320,000. With these new listings, the active inventory went up to 36 in total.

UNITS SOLD
 

Only two units were sold last month in the building. Unit #1111 in building A sold as a cash transaction after only five days of being in the market and very close to the asking price. Unit #501 in building B sold after almost two years of being in the market for $285K. We must mention that this unit is back on the market with an asking price of $387,500.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A lot of motivation was shown last month with a total of 9 new units hitting the For Rent market. Most of these condos are located in building A; we have a few corner units and one-bedroom units. All these new listings have an average asking price per month of $2,411. The active inventory of units for rent is 28 in total.

UNITS RENTED
 

Two units were rented last month at the 360 condominium. Unit #1504 in building A and corner unit #510 in building B. Both of these units were rented for a median price of $2,425. These condos lasted an average of 75 days on the market, and both were offered unfurnished.
