Real Estate Market Report, June 2018.

Only one unit sold last month at the Maison Grande Condominium. Unit # 307 sold after 155 days for $319,500 as a cash transaction. This unit was offered fully upgraded, facing north. There is currently a total of 19 active units for sale in this building.

Three units were offered for sale this past June. These condominiums were listed for an average price of $366 per square foot. With the exception of unit #603, which has been completely upgraded, the other new listings are either in basic condition or have minimal upgrades.

Two units were rented last month at the Maison Grande Condominium. After spending approximately 230 days on the market, these units were rented out for a median price of $1,975 per month. Both units were offered fully furnished and completely remodeled.

A total of four two-bedroom condominiums were listed for rent last month. These were offered for an asking price of $2,650 per month. Unit #1227 is offered unfurnished while the other units are offered fully furnished. Plus, they’re all either fully or partially remodeled. These new listings increase our inventory of active rental units to 11.
