NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units hit the For Sale market last month in the buildings. These condos have an average asking price of $884 per square foot. With these new active listings, the active inventory of units for sale within the two buildings went up to 28 in total, which is still really low when compared with other waterfront buildings in the area.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were successfully sold last month at the Diamonds condominium. Corner unit #1907 located in the Blue tower and facing North-West featuring 1,280 SqFt living area was sold after only 94 days of being in the market for $770,000, making it a great deal. The other unit sold was unit #3503 in the Green tower, which sold as a cash transaction after only 91 days of being in the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Homeowners of the Diamonds Condominium showed a lot of motivation last month as a total of 11 units hit the for rent market. Most of these condos are located in the Blue Diamond, and they are all being offered for an average monthly price of $5,359. The unit to highlight this month is unit #3801, which is being offered at $11,000 per month. This corner condo features $1,980 square feet of living area, and it has been tastefully remodeled and furnished. Some of these listings are being offered furnished as well as either partially or fully upgraded.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were rented successfully last month at The Diamonds condominium. These condos lasted an average of 73 days on the market before renting for an average monthly price of $3,800. The active inventory of units for rent as of the beginning of August is 22.
