NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units hit for sale market at Maison Grande condominium last month. These units have an average asking price of $370 per square foot. We must mention that the average closed price per square foot in the building for the first quarter of the year was of $287. You can watch the full report at: https://youtu.be/MFCgUteJagI. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 18 which is still low when compared with other waterfront and non-waterfront buildings in the same area.

UNITS SOLD
 

One unit was successfully sold last month at Maison Grande Condominium. Unit #1218 featuring 1,667 square feet of living area and unobstructed views to the Atlantic ocean, was sold as a cash transaction for $648,999 very close to the asking price and after only 25 days of being in the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units became available for sale this past month of July in the building. These condos have an average monthly asking price of $2,390 and most of them are being offered unfurnished. Unit #1234 was offered fully upgraded but its already under contract.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only one unit was rented last month in the building. Unit #603 a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo offering 1,271 square feet of living area and partial views to the ocean was successfully  rented after being in the market for 53 days for $2,400 and fully furnished.
