NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units hit the for sale market this past month in the building. The average asking price for these new listings is of $334,178 which is much higher than the $235k, which was the average close price for the first half of the year in the building. We must also mention unit #606 which is being listed at $225K, this is our lowest priced unit in the building, making it the deal of the month.

Three units were sold last month at Grandview Palace condominium. These three amazing deals closed for an average price of $245,000. Unit #2102 faces west, unit #1706 and #1806 face south, offering full privacy from their balconies. These three units were on the market for an average of 531 days before finally selling.

Eight units were offered for rent last month in the building with an average monthly price of $1,975. Units #608 and #2307 were offered and rented fully furnished. A lot of these units are either already rented or under contract.

Amazing month of July at the Grand View Palace with a total of eight units renting successfully. These unit rented for an average monthly price of $1975 after lasting approximately 48 days on the market. The rental market in our building is doing great, the active inventory of units for rent is now 17.
