Two non-waterfront were sold last month in North Bay Village. These homes sold for an average price per square foot of $280. one of the property was sold through conventional financing in North Bay Island and the other one sold cashin Treasure. They lasted an average of 225 days on the market before getting sold.

Also, two were the number of homes hitting the open market for sale in North Bay Village this past month. 7548 W Treasure Dr a waterfront property with over 4,000 square feet, is offered for $1,899,000. We should mention, this home has been listed several times with different agents. The active inventory of home for sale on the island is now at 17 in total.
