Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at The Maison Grande. The active inventory remains 16 active units for sale.

A total of six units were offered for sale this first month of the year at Maison Grande Condominium. These new listings average an asking price per square foot of $329. Some of these units are fully remodeled.

No unit was rented this first month of 2019. This leaves the active inventory of units for rent up to 15 in total.

There is a lot of motivation from the homeowners at this beginning of the year. The number of units offered for rent on January was six. These listings average a monthly asking price of $2,220, and most of them are one bedroom condos. Most of these units are offered fully furnished, and some fully remodeled.
